Responsibilities

- Utilizes the knowledge and practical experiences of an LPN to provide direct patient/family care in the home, traveling at least 50-75 miles per day
- Performs basic therapeutic and preventative nursing procedures
- HHC office location is Southfield, but LPN could work in Wayne, Oakand or Macomb Counties.

Qualifications

- Successful completion of an accredited LPN nursing program
- Licensure by the State of MI as an LPN; NAPNES certification or successful completion of pharmacology exam
- At least 2 years clinical medical-surgical experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families and health care personnel
- Must have reliable transportation and a telephone, possess a current State of MI driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record
